Academic Displays

Space for academic displays will be made available again this year at the SETAC North America 28th Annual Meeting being held in the Midwest Airlines Convention Center in Milwaukee. Space will be limited to a 4 x 8-foot poster board with a 6-foot table in front of it. PLEASE: No job opportunities are to be posted or discussed; the CareerCenter postings (http://www.setac.org/htdocs/careercenter.html) are available for that.

Set-up time will be Sunday, 11 November 2007, starting at 9:00 am and should be completed by 5:00 pm that day. You must have all materials removed from the area by 7:00 pm, Wednesday, 8 November, or it will be recycled. Please note that we cannot be responsible for setup and removal of displays so you or your designee must be a registered meeting attendee.
